This post on evolving English reminded me about the Malaysian/Singaporean brand of English:
1. I don't want to friend you anymore. (This is before Facebook!)
2. Can I follow you home? This requires some elaboration. It actually means to get ride with you, i.e. Can I get a ride with you to my place?
